Shape Moulding Machines Series N-Line

 

The machine generation N-Line was specially developed for simple applications of EPS in order to provide first-class machines at moderate prices to processors in low-wage countries. This machine is equipped with high-quality components of reputable European manufacturers, such as Gemü, Bosch or Ebro. The process technology, however, derives from Kurtz.

 

On this machine mono-block moulds are clamped allowing the processor to always optimally adjust this universal machine to the particular product.

This machine type is especially used for the production of packagings. The high development status of the machine construction includes the reliability of the function, energy efficiency, short cycle times and the minimization of standstill times.

 

The series N-Line is available in sizes 1214 and 1418.
